Lufthansa BoardConnect

Responsive Website

Lufthansa BoardConnect is an in-flight entertainment application, which is installed on several Lufthansa planes. Passangers can connect throughout their private devices in order to use Lufthansa’s in-flight entertainment.

My Tasks

Responsible for the UX design of the Lufthansa WorldShop, the shopping module within Lufthansa BoardConnect in-flight entertainment application. The UX design was created for a responsive site across all channels (mobile, tablet, desktop). Delivered a user experience specification document including sitemap and corresponding clickable wireframes (prototype). Responsible for presenting the concept and conducting workshops around the UX design.
